Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Issue Reproduction & Debugging: Act as the primary technical point of contact for customer-reported issues. Independently reproduce, analyze, and troubleshoot bugs in the source code.

• Bug Fixing & Code Maintenance: Develop, test, and deliver high-quality bug fixes and code patches to customers in a timely manner.

• Code Quality & Refactoring: Review and maintain existing codebases, identify potential risks, and assist in code refactoring to improve overall stability and maintainability.

• Technical Communication: Collaborate with internal development teams to escalate complex issues, and provide clear technical explanations and root-cause analysis to customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related fields. Candidates from 211/985 universities are strongly preferred.

• 1-2 years of working experience in firmware development, embedded systems, or source code maintenance. Fresh graduates with outstanding academic performance will also be considered.

• Proficient in C programming, with a solid foundation in programming logic and data structures. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills are essential.

• CET-4 is required; CET-6 is highly preferred. Capable of reading English technical documents and conducting basic spoken communication with international customers.

• Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. Ability to work under pressure and willing to travel for on-site customer support when necessary.
