Senior Software Validation Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Validation Engineer to lead validation and release qualification for next-generation AI accelerator platforms. The role involves end-to-end system validation, AI workload qualification, automation, performance benchmarking, and cross-functional leadership to ensure high-quality product releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Define validation strategy, test plans, and release qualification criteria.
• Lead validation across hardware, firmware, drivers, SDKs, runtimes, compilers, and Linux platforms.
• Validate AI/ML workloads (LLMs, VLMs, Computer Vision, NLP, Generative AI).
• Develop and maintain automated validation frameworks using Python and CI/CD.
• Perform functional, performance, stress, scalability, and reliability testing.
• Drive root-cause analysis, performance characterization, and release sign-off.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in System/Platform/Semiconductor Validation.
• Strong programming in Python, Bash, and C/C++.
• Experience with Linux, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins/GitHub Actions.
• Expertise in validation automation, performance benchmarking, and debugging.
• Hands-on with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX Runtime) and AI inference validation.
• Knowledge of PCIe, embedded Linux, device drivers, networking, and AI accelerators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or related field.
• Experience with AI accelerator or semiconductor product validation is highly preferred.
