Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Lead BMC firmware integration, validation, and debug activities for server platform development programs.

• Drive platform bring-up, feature enablement and qualification

• Investigate and resolve complex firmware, hardware, and system-level issues through root cause analysis.

• Develop validation plans, test strategies, and execution methodologies to ensure product quality and reliability.

• Collaborate with customers, ODM partners, silicon vendors, and internal engineering teams to drive issue resolution.

• Own critical customer escalations and provide technical leadership during development and qualification phases.

• Manage NRE project execution, schedules, technical deliverables, and risk mitigation activities.

• Develop and improve automation tools, validation frameworks, and engineering processes to enhance efficiency.

• Review technical documentation, validation reports, and engineering deliverables.

• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to support team growth and capability development.

• Support new technology evaluations and contribute to future platform planning and architecture discussions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in firmware development, server platform validation, system integration, or NRE engineering.

• Working proficiency in English and Chinese, including verbal and written communication.

• Experience with Linux operating systems and shell scripting.

• Proficiency in C++ programming.

• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with BMC architecture, BIOS, server platforms, or embedded systems is a plus.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, ODM partners, and customers.
